Strategic Planning Process
Cumberland County Schools is leading a community-driven process throughout this school year (2025-2026) to develop a new strategic plan to guide our work and ensure we provide a safe, positive and rigorous learning environment to prepare lifelong learners to reach their maximum potential.
The staff, students, and community working together as a team will create a safe learning environment of the highest quality. Each learner will be encouraged and empowered to do his/her absolute best while striving for self-discipline, motivation, and academic excellence in a global society.
